Job Description
1. Managing CS Training, Knowledge Base, QA, WI & SOP align with business, Internal and External team
2. Keep updated on WI & SOP regularly and align with audit team.
3. Conduct and responsible on the training unit in order to improve CS agent knowledge
4. Day to day managing Quality Team and strong analysis to cope the issue as well plan and strategy to increase QA Score
5. Responsibility to increase CSAT based on People and Process analysis
