Job Description
- Responsible for managing and developing human resources
- Take full responsibility for the employee recruitment process
- Conducting coaching activities, training and activities related to the development of employees' abilities, potential, mental, skills and knowledge
- Monitor, measure and report on problems, opportunities, HR development plans
- Design and implement program for employee engagement, including Corporate Culture
- Evaluating and developing HR management strategies and performance in implementing these strategies
- Conduct an assessment of employee performance
- Manage day to day HR operation activities
Job Requirements
-Bachelor Degree of Psychology
-Willing to placement in some area within Triputra Group
-Min.5-7 years of proven experience in HR Dept. Head
-Excellent control in all HR processes and implementations (OD, recruitment, personnel, talent management, HRIS, IR)
-Have excellent ability in people development, assessment, interview skill, MPP
Work Location depends on subholding location (Bandung/ Jakarta/ Banjarmasin)
