Job Description
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels (job boards, referrals, and social media).
  • Develop and execute recruitment and selection strategies to attract and hire the best talents for the organization.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data driven decisions.
  • Develop strategies and tactics to grow Employer Branding, etc.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Psychology & Industrial Engineering with min GPA 3.00
  • At least 1 year of working experience, fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
  • Have a good analysis and logic of thinking.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Willing to know about industrial/manufacture process
  • Placement in Karawang Area.
