Job Description

• Maintains buildings, equipment and property; 
• Performs new construction or major and minor remodeling tasks including painting walls.
• Provides direction and monitors part time, daily member, and/or seasonal workers; 
• Performs repairs on masonry and roofing.
• Performs other related duties as assigned. 
   

Job Requirements

• Diploma degree of Civil/Building Engineering min GPA 3.00
• At least 1 year of working experience at construction industry (fresh graduate are encouraged to apply)
• Have a good analysis and logic of thinking
• Have knowledge in materials, methods and equipment used in remodeling and construction
• Eager to learn
• Have a good communication, good at team work and able to work individually
• Placement Karawang Area
